A key integration to enhance Bealink’s offerings and establish itself as an essential partner in the implementation of a learning strategy
Bealink, a provider of SaaS solutions for corporate training management, announces the acquisition of Callimedia, a leading player in digital learning and educational content creation. This strategic move strengthens Bealink’s position by expanding its offerings with a catalog of off-the-shelf training courses, custom content creation, an LMS, and unique pedagogical expertise.
Less than a year after Bealink’s acquisition, this new acquisition underscores Bealink’s ambition: to offer large enterprises comprehensive solutions that combine technology, content, and services to address their transformation and upskilling challenges.
An expanded offering for comprehensive, tailored learning strategies
Thanks to Callimedia, Bealink is expanding its content catalog—already bolstered by strong partnerships (including Edflex, Go1, and Xos)—and offering greater flexibility in customizing training pathways. This synergy enhances Bealink’s value proposition and reinforces its position as a strategic partner for large organizations.
“This acquisition marks a key milestone in our growth strategy,” said Laurent Delaporte, President of Bealink. “By integrating Callimedia’s expertise and content into our SaaS platforms (LMS, LXP, TMS, LRS), we are strengthening our ability to offer integrated solutions that combine technology, content, and educational services to meet our clients’ specific needs.”
Callimedia: recognized expertise in the market
With over 20 years of experience, Callimedia is a leader in digital learning in France, serving more than 150 clients.
“Callimedia’s ability to produce customized content, in addition to its catalog of ready-to-use training courses, puts us in an ideal position to support our clients in their transformation,” adds Christophe Farriol, CEO of Bealink. “With this acquisition, Bealink is taking a major step forward by consolidating its role as a key partner in developing learning strategies for large enterprises.”
This transaction strengthens Bealink’s position among the leaders in EdTech and underscores its ambition to innovate in order to meet the growing training needs of large organizations.
Bealink & Callimedia: synergies and a shared vision
Christophe Fabre, co-founder of Callimedia and Deputy CEO of Bealink, adds: “I am very pleased with this merger, which will enable us to accelerate Callimedia’s ongoing transformation and growth, particularly thanks to Bealink’s expertise in SaaS software. Our teams are working together to achieve significant synergies that will sustainably enhance the quality of our value proposition for the benefit of our customers.”
Gérard Peccoux, co-founder and former President of Callimedia, concludes: “The Callimedia teams are enthusiastic about joining Bealink and participating in its ambitious project. Callimedia will thus be able to intensify its technological development and structure a new commercial strategy. On a personal note, I am pleased to be leaving a company that is now ideally positioned to confidently and determinedly tackle the challenges inherent in its constantly evolving market.”
