Driven by a passion for learning and cognitive sciences, Franck Gaillard holds degrees in cognitive psychology and neuroscience. He began his career in operational training within the French Navy, then continued his professional journey in the corporate world, holding senior positions, notably within Alstom’s Energy division. Over the past ten years, he served as Group Training Director at Alstom, where he designed and deployed global learning programs strongly supported by digital solutions, including Bealink’s, to enhance their impact, sustainably support team performance, and contribute to the group’s growth.
At Bealink, Franck Gaillard’s mission is to structure, embody, and promote the company’s vision of modern learning: a skills-based approach, the development of a sustainable learning culture, and data-driven management. He represents this positioning to key audiences — clients, prospects, partners, and internal teams — notably through events and speaking engagements, in close coordination with the founding team.
He brings a strategic, practitioner’s perspective to the product roadmap, ensuring that development priorities are aligned with the core challenges faced by Chief Learning Officers and L&D leaders.
Finally, he supports clients in their deployments while strengthening Bealink’s service expertise and operational excellence.
« With more than 25 years of expertise in the L&D field, Franck has established himself as a recognized reference and thought leader in our industry. Both an expert and a former Bealink client, he is the ideal person to help us strengthen our positioning and accelerate our growth in France and internationally. »
With this appointment, Bealink strengthens its positioning as a strategic partner for HR and L&D departments and confirms its ambition to support large organizations worldwide in transforming their skills development strategies.
