Renault Group is undergoing a major transformation to prepare for the future of mobility. In an automotive sector undergoing rapid change — electrification, digitalization, circular economy — skills development has become a strategic priority. ReKnow University embodies this ambition: to train the Group’s employees, industrial and technology partners, students in initial training, and job seekers, in order to build the expertise needed for the energy and digital transitions.

This project stands among the most ambitious training initiatives in Europe, driven at the highest level by Renault Group’s executive leadership. The creation of a unique and innovative platform aims to bring together all internal and external audiences around a structured, accessible, and engaging learning offer.

The automotive industry is undergoing major transformations:

ReKnow University : Creating an extended learning ecosystem

To support Renault Group in its initiative, we propose a global, integrated, and skills-based approach through Bealink LX, with seamless interoperability with SAP SuccessFactors.

01 Strategic hub with enhanced visibility

The platform becomes the single point of entry for all internal and external audiences. It centralizes the ReKnow University training offer, promotes it across social media, and serves as a public-facing showcase accessible to all stakeholders in the value chain.

02 Personalized learning paths and audience targeting

Each user accesses content, learning paths, and tailored course bundles based on their profile — whether they are employees, partners, students in initial training, or job seekers. Registration is simplified through a comprehensive profile management system, including online payment and invoicing support.

03 Accessibility

The platform provides a smooth, responsive experience adapted to a wide range of users and international constraints. It supports localization of content and takes into account the regulatory and cultural specificities of different markets.

04 Simplified administrative and logistical management

The platform automates all administrative processes: enrollment notifications, attendance tracking, pre- and post-training assessments, and scheduling of resources and facilities. This unified management streamlines training organization and reduces the burden on operational teams.

05 Certified pathways and long-term development

ReKnow University offers structured, certification-based learning paths designed to support long-term transformation of roles and skills. Users can shape their development journey, track their progress, and showcase their acquired competencies.
